Wyverns were more powerful, not only having wings but also a breath attack. They were the second strongest of their species and only had horns in their human form. They did not have four legs since their front legs also acted as wings.
Dragons were the peak of their species, having both wings, four legs, and a breath attack. They commanded their species, and in their human form, they didn't have any draconic features besides slightly pointed ears, not to the extent of elves, though.
