Suddenly, the ground began to shake, and several darkling dragons emerged from the dead forest surrounding them. There were at least ten of them, outnumbering them 10 to 2. "Dimitri, I'm not sure how we should handle this....." Lily was scared and could fight anything, but this was pushing it.
Dimitri, however, needed to get his mate out of this, as they could both end up dead. The just as the darkling dragons were about to attack Sasha came flying in laying down a line of fire over the darkling dragons facing Lily. Sasha did it again, and they finally ran, some trying to snap at Sasha as she passed over them, one almost caught her tail. "Sasha!"
