When Idan first learned about Karma from the System, he thought it was simple. However, the more he thought about it, the more he realized that Karma was a much more complicated process.
There were loopholes and tricks in the system that allowed circumventing the restrictions. For example, if a System Host was attacked by another Host, the first one could take defensive actions against the abuser without reducing or increasing his Karma. All actions except killing were allowed.
Idan realized that this could be used. You can force another Host to act against you first, and then torment them as much as you want without fear of reducing your Karma. Those with ill intentions can easily use such tricks, and this was not the only way.
Every rule has its drawbacks and loopholes.
Ordinary random actions don't have much effect on Karma. The greater the damage, the more this indicator decreases. However, the most significant action that significantly reduces karma is killing.
