Drake was still running to class, passing through a nastier slum to catch the late bus when he heard a dozen explosions, the resulting tremors leaving him weak in the knees.
Suddenly a sound hit like a ton of bricks.

They were so cool and baggy. Then came their sheer size; one large in the chubby sense; the other a giant, jaw square enough to have been cut by a T square.
They turned and he struck a pose, Naya's yelling coming back to him.
The pair eyed each other and ran to the explosion.
