Riccardo must've noticed the shift in his energy because he stood up, letting go of the wheelchair.
"What happened?"
"They took her," Lorenzo said, voice gravelly.
Riccardo blinked. "Silver?"
"And Louis," Lorenzo said, then added, almost brokenly, "Henry too."
"F**k."
Lorenzo's eyes were darker than midnight, and something snapped in them. Without another word, he turned and stormed toward the hospital exit. Matteo was already pulling up outside. As soon as Lorenzo got in, he barked orders into his secondary phone, activating a special encrypted line connected to his private network.
"Mobilize the shadows," he growled. "Bring in the international cleanup crew and awaken the wolves. I want drones scanning air, land, and coastlines. And I want every surveillance feed hacked within a five-mile radius of their last location. Get me facial recognition analysis of anyone within five hundred feet of that car."
He paused only to grit his teeth.
