"What went on then?" Kael asked and Leon's chest tightened. "You were standing between the monster and the clan leader.... Did you kill it?"
That question... so, this was what happened. Leon rose from his crouch and momentarily said, eyes cold and distant, "Mr Cross passed out after killing it. I already told you all..."
Kael turned at him, his voice raising, "An Enforcer kills an A-rank monster-?"
"Doesn't he have a Constellation?" Leon cut in sharply, tilting his head a little bit. The words pointed at him that he was a liar, but on the outside, he seemed like someone proving himself right.
".... He used the same Constellation a day ago, Leon," Kael countered, chuckling dryly. "No way-"
"And what theory says one can't use it frequently?"
Kael stepped even closer, tilted his head and tightened his voice. "Just tell me the truth, Leon. No one did that... you did. I know you can."
