"Coco.. Someone is knocking.." Lala mumbled incoherently, her voice laced with sleep as she pat Coco's cheek weakly.
She was rubbing her eyes to get rid of her sleep, but she was too sleepy to do so, making her drop her head on Coco's cheek and lean on it, her mouth falling open as she snored.
The two friends were knocked out cold due to how late they got back to the inn.
It was already two in the morning when they arrived at the town and had to wait for Jonathan to give her the food he bought from the street vendors back in Yolo Village, then he sent her back to where she came from.
Of course, she didn't forget to pay him for his services.
She showed up at his house unannounced and dragged him out of the village before supper so Coco was responsible for feeding him.
