Chapter 216 - Chapter 216 : An Army Of Millions Of Demons!

.

!!!

The Demon King's pupils shrank sharply. He clearly hadn't expected Finn's strength to be this overwhelming.

"Heh, what's wrong? Surprised?"

Finn spoke with a mocking tone. "There's an old human saying: 'The mantis stalks the cicada, unaware of the oriole behind.' You brought this whole army here, and yet you forgot—I've got allies too."

"Not just them. All of you… are going to die today."

Finn's voice turned hoarse, deep, almost devoid of all emotion.

Hearing this, the Demon King narrowed his eyes into slits.

"But I almost forgot," he said coldly.

"In case you're unaware, this is Devil's Isle—there are millions of demons here. You think you and your little band are going to walk out alive?"

"I'm telling you now… your time is up."

"You miserable ants. Your end has already been written."

The Demon King's voice grew darker, like a storm cloud ready to burst.

Finn merely sneered in response. "Oh? You think we're dead meat?"

"It's not about death—it's about your death," the Demon King growled. "And if you don't believe me, ask them."

He pointed toward the wave of demons who had been driven back earlier by Li.

Finn turned his gaze in that direction and instantly felt the shift in atmosphere—thousands of demons had gathered, their twisted auras spreading like poison in the air. They resembled death incarnate, demonic figures exuding bloodlust and violence.

Among them, several radiated far more powerful energy.

"Hm?" Finn frowned.

These demons didn't just feel dangerous—they felt ancient. Their auras were drenched in something... otherworldly. Different.

Something clicked in Finn's instincts, a rising sense of unease.

"Boy," the Demon King sneered, "you're surrounded by a demon army—millions strong."

"And I promise you, the second I give the command, they'll tear you apart—limb from limb. Then they'll seal your soul in torment. You'll never be reborn. Never escape."

"Even those winged bastards from the Celestial Host couldn't deal with this army. You think you're special?"

Finn didn't answer.

Instead, he slowly lifted his right foot... and brought it down hard on the Demon King's chest.

CRACK!!

The sound of bones shattering echoed, and the Demon King's face twisted in agony, his expression going dark purple.

"Human!!!"

"Filthy insect! You dare—!"

The Demon King howled in pain, his ribs crushed, blood foaming in his mouth, hatred burning in his red eyes.

"Oh, I'm dead, am I?"

Finn's voice dripped venom as he looked down at him. "You really think this is over?"

"What do you mean—!?"

The Demon King's words were cut off by realization, followed immediately by a burst of fury. "YOU TRICKED ME?!"

BOOM!!

Before the Demon King could react, Finn's fist smashed into his skull with devastating force.

The creature flew backward like a missile and slammed into the ground with a deafening thud.

PFFFT!!

Blood gushed from the Demon King's mouth as he choked, clutching his ruined jaw.

"Kill him! KILL HIM!!!"

The Demon King's scream was manic.

Thousands of demons surged forward, a flood of claws, wings, and twisted magic descending on Finn.

But he didn't flinch. He launched forward, zigzagging through their ranks, each movement impossibly fast.

SWISH!!!

Then—he vanished.

He reappeared in front of one unfortunate demon, his right leg already raised.

PSHH!!

The kick connected squarely with the demon's chest, sending the creature hurtling like a missile into its own ranks. Dozens were knocked down like dominoes, chaos erupting.

"Kill! Kill him!!"

"Stop him!! Don't let him get near Lord Mephisto!"

Finn laughed coldly. "You think this rabble can stop me?"

He tapped the ground with the ball of his foot and launched forward like a bullet.

His speed was supernatural. He wove through the crowd like smoke, too fast to pin down.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

One by one, demons were annihilated by his fists—seven, eight, more—reduced to piles of blackened ash and twisted gore.

"HAH! You things think you can lay a finger on me?! Keep dreaming!"

Finn roared with laughter, arrogant and unshakable.

But then—

A hideous, oversized demon head lunged from the shadows, its massive jaws open wide, aiming to crush Finn's neck.

"...!"

Finn's eyes widened and he launched himself backward.

A split-second later, a monstrous claw slammed down where he had just been standing.

BOOM!!!

The ground exploded. The impact left a crater, splinters of stone flying in all directions.

TEAR!!!

Finn's breath hitched. That power… it wasn't ordinary.

Whoever this was—it wasn't one of Mephisto's regular lackeys.

It wasn't just strong—it was beyond.

If he'd hesitated even half a second, he'd be in pieces right now.

RRRAAAAAARGH!!!

A roar erupted from the creature—massive, deafening, like a volcanic eruption.

"You lowborn insect! You mock me?! You'll die screaming!"

The giant demon charged. Its energy distorted the space around it, and its eyes glowed like volcanic pits, seething with wrath.

"In that case... guess I'll be sending you to hell myself."

Finn's expression darkened.

He raised his arms—and unleashed.

BOOM BOOM!!!

A brilliant wave of golden light exploded from his form. The sheer pressure of it twisted the air, creating an otherworldly storm.

Then—within seconds—a massive metallic cage materialized out of thin air, encasing the hulking demon.

Its walls shimmered with arcane energy and vibranium runes, humming with lethal containment protocols.

"What… what is this?!"

The demon stared in disbelief.

He could feel it—this prison wasn't just physical. It targeted his soul.

ROARRR!!!

The demon thrashed and slammed its fists against the cage, desperate to break free.

"Pathetic."

Finn sneered, fists clenched.

He lunged, slamming his fists into the cage with unrelenting fury.

BANG! BANG! BANG!!

Blow after blow rained down, the force causing shockwaves to ripple across the battlefield.

The indestructible vibranium lattice began to splinter.

Then— CRACK!!!

The cage gave way.

And with one final punch, Finn drove his fists through the demon itself.

Its body collapsed inward, engulfed in golden energy, disintegrating into nothing.

Silence followed.

The rest of the battlefield seemed to freeze. Even the demonic army stood still for a second, stunned.

Then—Finn turned toward them.
