Chapter 63 - Chapter 63

"Bastard!"

"If you're so desperate to die, then I'll grant your wish!"

As he spoke, Gods of Destruction Vermut narrowed his eyes, his expression turning dark and terrifying.

Then, with a clenched fist, the destructive energy surrounding Katakana suddenly surged forward.

"Boom boom boom!"

In an instant, the destructive energy shot toward Katakana like a torrential downpour.

A smug smile crept onto Vermut's face.

Faced with such a dense and overwhelming attack, no matter how powerful Katakana was, So long as his Ultra Instinct hadn't reached Angel-level, there was no way he could dodge this completely.

"It's over!" Vermut grinned as he watched the energy swarm in.

But just as he thought he had finally rid himself of Katakana…

"It's not over yet!"

Katakana's voice suddenly rang out, from behind him.

"What… What the hell?!"

Turning around, Vermut was stunned to find Katakana standing behind him, completely unharmed.

"How did he Dodged?!

This attack was overwhelmingly powerful! Even another God of Destruction would have struggled to come out of it unscathed, let alone a Mortal.

"Heh…"

"It seems to be some sort of Instant Transmission technique," Angel Makarita observed calmly.

"If it were normal Instant Transmission, it wouldn't have been possible to use under such high-pressure destructive energy. This just proves Katakana's Instant Transmission is something far more advanced."

"You… how did you escape?!" Vermut was visibly shaken.

"Was it really that hard?" Katakana responded casually.

In the blink of an eye, Katakana vanished again, and reappeared directly in front of Vermut.

"So it was Instant Transmission…" Vermut growled. "No wonder you were so confident… So you already had a counter in place!"

"Counter?" Katakana sneered. "You call that a counter? You're the one who used that underhanded trick first. And by the way, Instant Transmission isn't the only reason I'm confident…"

Katakana's eyes narrowed. Then, with a loud roar, his energy erupted.

"HaaaaaAAAAAHHHHH!"

The bright sky turned pitch black in an instant.

A flood of rose-purple energy exploded from Katakana's body, accompanied by crashing thunder and lightning.

"Crack-crack!"

His aura turned electric, glowing with pink lightning.

Katakana's bushy eyebrows disappeared, replaced by sharp, prominent brow ridges. His rose-purple hair lengthened, falling behind his back in a dazzling cascade. The electric light surrounding his body made him look overwhelmingly majestic.

"How much has his strength just increased… Is this his final trump card?"

"No wonder this guy dares to act so arrogantly in Universe 11," Makarita muttered, her voice filled with awe.

"With this kind of power, he has the right to be."

Every time she thought she understood Katakana's strength, he shattered her expectations again.

If Katakana's strength with imperfect Ultra Instinct was on par with Vermut's full power, then right now… Katakana had clearly surpassed him.

"in full power mode… This strength is unreal!"

Katakana flexed his hands, pink lightning crackling across his arms.

"Alright, Vermut. I've played along long enough."

"Stop holding back. If you've got more power, show it, come at me with everything you've got."

A cocky grin spread across his face.

"Whoosh!"

In a flash, Katakana disappeared.

Reappearing right in front of Vermut, his rose-purple fist, wrapped in crackling lightning, rocketed forward.

"W-What?! So fast!"

Vermut didn't even have time to dodge. All he could do was raise his arms defensively.

"Boom!!"

Katakana's punch exploded with unimaginable force.

Vermut's body was sent flying like a cannonball, crashing into the protective barrier set up by Makarita.

"Boom!"

"Crackkk!"

The moment he hit the barrier, spiderweb-like cracks spread across it.

Just imagine the sheer force behind that punch.

"Damn it…"

"Is this guy really Mortal?"

"Why does it feel like his power keeps increasing without limit?!"

Vermut clutched his numb arm, his expression twisting into one of disbelief.

He had never been this thoroughly beaten, ever.

"You bastard… You've completely pissed me off now!"

The fury in Vermut's heart had reached its peak.
