As mentioned before, they scout terrain, locate magical anomalies, and relay battlefield intelligence.
Hallowtracer Ants can become nearly transparent, with reflective carapaces that bend light and render them invisible. They are equipped with mana-sensitive antennae that can detect active magic, lingering spell signatures, and enchanted terrain.
When sent into a region, they map every passage, elevation, mana disturbance, and residual energy. They communicate silently through psychic pulses, forming a hive-wide sensory web that I can access in real-time, just like Whisperveil Ants.
