Silas's POV
He smiled too and was about to touch my head, but stopped—because it was still injured. We came out of the room.
"Why did you hurt yourself?"
"I couldn't believe it was me who caused your injury. That's why I punished myself. So don't worry about me—it's not hurting at all."
Of course he was lying, because I know it must be hurting. We both stepped into the elevator.
I really laughed at myself. I had been hating Lysander, Damon, and Kael, and even decided not to talk to them.
And now look—I forgave them. I think I'm too kind-hearted.
When we entered the main building, we were brought into the training room. It was huge.
The wall ahead was covered with mirrors, and we could all see our reflections.
In front of the mirrors, four chairs were set up.
"Silas, don't worry. We already have experience working together, so I'm sure we can do even better now."
"Yeah, I hope so too."
