Chapter 348 - Chapter 348: New Organization!

[35th Wind Release: Great Breakthrough Experiment]

Target: Tailed Beast Chakra Block

Breakthrough Effect: The Chakra Block becomes enlarged.

Process: During the jutsu's duration, I used the Substitution Technique to swallow it; the enlarged Chakra Block did not contain increased chakra. After the jutsu automatically canceled, the physical strengthening effect on the body did not disappear.

[72nd Wind Release: Great Breakthrough Experiment]

Target: Tailed Beast Chakra Block

Breakthrough Effect: The energy inside the Chakra Block grew more potent.

Process: During the jutsu's duration, I used the Substitution Technique to swallow it; successfully digested and absorbed. The stronger chakra enhanced both the body‐strengthening effect and the side effects. After the jutsu automatically canceled, the power did not vanish into thin air.

Conclusion: Any impact caused by an object that has been strengthened by Great Breakthrough remains in place afterward.

[Goal Change for Experiments]

[159th Wind Release: Great Breakthrough Experiment]

Target: The Web‐Net cord

Breakthrough Effect: The Web‐Net cord surpasses its limit on usage for animals.

Process: During the jutsu's duration, using the cord, I connected a large tree ("Special Experimental Subject #01") to the Web‐Net. Even after the jutsu automatically canceled, the link remained.

Note: Future observation pending.

...

[Plant Linked to Web‐Net: Observation Journal, Day 3]

Special Experimental Subject #01 is unable to communicate or send/receive information. Continuing observation.

[Plant Linked to Web‐Net: Observation Journal, Day 7, 2:50 AM]

Special Experimental Subject #01 produced its first meaningless message.

[305th Wind Release: Great Breakthrough Experiment]

Target: The Web‐Net cord

Breakthrough Effect: Surpassing the animal‐usage limit for the cord

Process: During the jutsu's duration, I used the cord to link a rock to the Web‐Net. After the jutsu canceled, the connection still remained.

"Link?"

Sasuke (Main World) called out from behind.

Link looked up, noticing three Sasukes standing not far away. He immediately recognized his own and asked:

"What's up?"

"I heard from Utaha that you've been busy with experiments for the past week or so. Remember to take a break."

The Main World Sasuke offered some concern and then said:

"We have something we'd like to discuss with you."

"Alright."

Link massaged his still slightly feverish cheeks. Recently, he'd been completely absorbed in experiments, obsessively uncovering all the mysteries of his jutsu. It was exhilarating—but yes, he should indeed give himself more downtime.

Taking the three Sasukes back to his home, the Shadows had already prepared tea and snacks. After they all sat, Link saw no one touching the teacups, so he got straight to the point:

"So, what is it?"

"We want to visit the Fourth World again," said Sasuke (Main World) seriously.

Link pondered a moment:

"I can more or less guess why, but what do you plan to do there?"

Right now, the four known worlds—Main, Second, Third, Final—were so busy that everyone was running themselves ragged. Tobirama's plan for the Ninja Alliance extended at least ten years. Adding another world to the fold might not necessarily help.

Besides, in the Fourth World, Kabuto could well be mingling with Black Zetsu, and Tobi might still be lurking in the shadows. Stationing Tailed Beasts there to open the Web‐Net portal would be too dangerous. That would leave them reliant on Link's Ship-Link Technique, which required caution. He trusted "his" Sasuke, but as for the other two, he wasn't so sure. Especially the Sasuke from the Fourth World—if he took the Ship-Link Jutsu and caused trouble, it could be a nightmare.

If they didn't bring a Ship-Link scroll, Link would have to go back and forth too often, which might be okay once or twice out of courtesy to his own Sasuke, but overdoing it would be too much of a burden.

Seeing Link's doubts, Sasuke (Final Chapter) sat upright and explained:

"I established a new organization. I intend to take on the mission from you to prevent any future Kaguya incursion."

In his era, after Kakashi became Hokage, he roamed outside the village. The more he saw, the more deeply he understood life and the world—though he had little involvement in administration. Observing the new era, he felt somewhat lost: The unstoppable times seemed not to need him. Fighting? Naruto and First Hokage (Alternate) overshadowed him; the Web‐Net did not demand maintenance. He couldn't find a place.

But then the Sasuke from the Fourth World arrived, looking for how he had changed, trying to understand how he overcame his darkness. In that moment, Final Sasuke realized: If he's not good at statesmanship, let those who are handle it, while he does what he's best at.

Besides the four known worlds, other unknown ones might have threats lurking. He could go fight them or any hidden menace. Thus, he registered a new group in the Ninja Alliance.

"So that's it," Final Sasuke concluded calmly.

"Both of you want in?" Link glanced at the other two.

Sasuke (Fourth World) nodded; in truth, he had personal goals—revenge, resurrecting his parents, etc. But for now, he was determined to join that group. Otherwise, how could he even return home?

He was Indra's reincarnation and could awaken the Rinnegan, but returning without strong allies would be turned down for sure.

"Yes," Sasuke (Main World) agreed. "Since you're so busy, just leave that part to us."

"We've already negotiated with Lord Tobirama about the contribution points," he said, transmitting the agreement document via the Web‐Net.

"Hold on."

Link checked the messages in the Web‐Net carefully. They listed repeatable S-Rank tasks: capturing Black Zetsu, capturing Uchiha Madara, capturing Tobi, capturing Tailed Beasts and Jinchūriki, acquiring the Rinnegan, etc. The points varied depending on difficulty. But it also mentioned not to senselessly kill or wage indiscriminate war—like standard alliance regulations.

Judging by that, Final Sasuke obviously wasn't purely altruistic—why else haggle for so many points? Everyone has regrets to fix.

"I'll talk with Tobirama and Naruto," Link said instead of replying. "I'll give you an answer tomorrow."
