A few weeks earlier. (During the Events in the City of Marquis Postio)
"With the Backing of the Baharuth Empire, The Sorcerer Kingdom claims the Lands on which E-rantel is built is theirs. And therefore must be returned formally to the Sorcerer King, Ainz Ooal Gown. If the demand is not met within the deadline, then along with the Baharuth Empire, The Sorcerer King will send one of his Generals to decimate the Kingdom of Re-estize."
The messenger read out the Declaration. After which a round of discussion immediately began.
"The Kingdom has no records of lands near E-rantel being owned by any person named Ainz Ooal Gown. Thus, this claim cannot be taken as a legitimate demand." Ramposa, the king of Re-estize spoke to his council.
The council was a divided gathering of Nobles. On one side was the Royal Faction while the other was the Nobles faction.
"It's just a baseless nonsense Your Majesty. It seems that the Empire has run out of excuses to invade us." Marquis Boullope of the Noble faction added.
"Infact, didn't we hear this name before? Head warrior Gazef?" Count Lyton asked.
"That was the magic caster who saved me."
Gazef truthfully revealed.
"So he thought you were one of them? Ha!"
A round of laughter spread in the chamber. Which was immediately silenced by the Margrave Urovana of the Royal Faction.
"Control Yourself. You are infront of His Majesty."
"Gazef, do you know who this General of that magic caster is?" Ramposa asked, turning to his loyal Guard from his throne.
"I am not aware of who this General may be. But back at that village, I did see two individuals who followed him. One was a female armoured to the brim with a Battle Axe, while the other also seemed to be a Magic Caster." Gazef answered.
"Ha!, A female warrior? What would a frail woman be able to do?" One of the Noble scoffed from the back as the rest also laughed with him.
"But, those two were far stronger than me." Gazef's words stunned the nobles to silence. Even if they had evil thoughts against him, one thing they recognised him for was that he was indeed the most powerful warrior in Re-estize.
To claim that those two were stronger than him, gave the two beings a credibility of their strength. Though most would simply choose to ignore because of their pride.
"Enough. We won't hand over E-rantel to this Magic Caster. Prepare for the annual war." Ramposa declared as he abruptly ended the meeting.
"Father! I also want to contribute!!" The eldest son, Crown Prince Barbaro asked his father .
"...Fine, You are tasked with scouting the Village that Great Magic Caster Ainz Ooal Gown saved." Ramposa, after a moment of contemplating spoke.
"Tch." Seeing his retreating father, Barbaro clicked his teeth as he curled his fist. He knew exactly what his father was doing, but was unable to voice it out.
"Don't worry Prince Barbaro, I will lend you one of my legions to assist you." Marquis Boullope said as he smiled towards Barbaro.
"Thank You Marquis."

Present Day. After Hyortr Captured the Black Scriptures.
Leaving behind Pandora's Actor impersonating as the Saint, Hyortr returned to the Tomb of Nazarick. He was selected to be the one to Unleash the promised 'Powerful Spell to Signal the Start of the War'.
Maybe it was the actions of Hyortr or maybe his very existence, but the One to cast this spell changed from Ainz to Him. Maybe he exuded a powerful aura? Or was it some other reason? He didn't know what made Jircniv propose such a thing.
Anyway, Hyortr was kind of glad to perform infront of the audience. He always wanted to do something like this, massacring hundred thousands of Human lives, Ahh! What a Dream Come True.
"So, as planned. I will unleash my spell. While Lord Ainz will watch through the Mirror of Remote Viewing to act at the instant I am attacked by the opposing Player, if there were any." Hyortr began, around him was all the Guardians and Ainz, sitting on his throne.
"Yes. Do you have the World Item with you?"
Ainz asked as he looked at Mare and Hyortr.
"Yes, Lord Ainz." "Y-yes Lord Ainz."
Mare's task in the War is to see if they could gather experience points from this war with the help of Averice and Generosity.
"Then..Good Luck you two." Ainz said as he opened a gate to the Temporary Camp of the Empire in Katze plains.

Next Day. The Day of the War.
"Oye, Has the Crown Prince not returned yet?" Boullope asked his retainer, impatient with the delay of communication between the two groups.
"Apologies Lord. But we have not received any news from The Crown Prince!"
"Tch... Listen well! We, the Vanguard of the King will charge first in the Imperial Dog's ranks and destroy them!..Heh." Boullope, barked as he looked at the still unresponsive soldiers of the Empire.
------
Standing on the other side of the Army, Gazef stared at the Imperial Army, a meager 60,000. Compared to the kingdoms' 240,000, it seemed to be a mere drop in the ocean. A guaranteed victory, some nobles even were proposing to invade the Empire directly.
But Gazef, for all his battle honed instinct, felt a sense of foreboding. As if something catastrophic will occur this day.
Taking a deep breath, "Master Gown." he exhaled.
"It's not always that you see the Great Warrior Captain so stiff with fright." A voice sounded from behind as he heard the trut of the horse's hooves.
"Ahh, Marquis Raevan. Hahah, indeed perhaps I am beginning to loose my touch?" Gazef, seeing who the owner of the voice was, jested.
"Not at all, You are as fit as a Healthy Steed. That is the Royal Armour of the Kingdom?" Raevan laughed as he then pointedly looked at the Bronze armour worn by Gazef.
"Ah, yes It was a generous gift from his majesty to a lowly commoner like me." Gazef humbly replied.
He never viewed himself like the Nobles, as a person with a background of being a Commoner. He didn't mix in well with most Nobles. Except for Marquis Raevan and His Majesty, all of them disliked him being the Hear warrior.
"Ah- It seems they are finally moving." Raevan pointed as he looked at the Imperial Army's camp.
The draw bridge of the temporary camp made with logs came down as the soldiers made a path. Two Red flags, bearing the sigil of the Guild of Nazarick, held by the Pole by 2 meter tall Dark Skeletal armoured undead called Death Knights, marched forward.
Following it, 40 more Death Knights marched with it on two sides each. Behind them, with a height of 2 and half meter, strange, muscled humanoids with a mask and horns, wielding either a large axe or shield emerged, numbering around 60.
Altogether, the whole new assembly of such beings totalled to be 102. As these otherworldly beings marched among the Empire's soldiers, the humans couldn't help but shake under their armoured boots.
The mere passive aura released by these beings were enough to stun the Humans.
"What are those creatures?!" One of the noble from the King's Camp exclaimed.
Situated way behind the kingdom's soldiers ranks, a large tent was erected, functioning as the meeting chamber with the King and his nobles participating in the war overlooking the battlefield.
Behind the marching Death Knights and MitaChruls, followed three figures. One of them was a human, the retainer of the Emperor Jircniv, Nimble. While of the other two, one was a teenage dark elf, hugging a staff with an expression of hesitance and shyness. While the other was a faceless, figure floating inches off the ground. His hands held together in a prayer pose, his eyes gleaming with a green, sinister glow.
"Sir Gazef, is that the Great Magic Caster? Ainz Ooal Gown?" Raevan urgently asked, feeling a sudden suffocating feeling welling up from his chest.
"No, that's one of his General." Gazef corrected, a frown on his face. "I am sure now. He was the one who I mentioned before. Hyortr."
As if on cue of Gazef calling his name, a large amount of blue magic circles and sigils formed around Hyortr, almost reaching the sky, the great display took the onlookers breath away.
"Marquis Raevan!!" A group of ex- adventures gathered." Do your feel it too? This heavy oppression." The leader of the group said as he looked at the Figure responsible.
"Just what kind of Monster are we fighting against?" Raevan's inner fear and utter disbelief of the level of suppression he was feeling made him question the reality of the situation.
What on earth was going to happen on this Earth?
