They should have about the same number of Runebound experts, about the same number of Silver and Gold Mancers, about the same number of Divine Stage experts… allegedly…
The trouble was it didn't matter what the raw numbers showed. It didn't matter what logic should dictate as the comparison of normal cultivators should be.
