While they were waiting, Nova noticed a few others looking at them strangely, especially the adventurers that were there, and his eyes narrowed, but he said nothing, simply pretending as though he did not see anything.
He chatted with the others, ignoring those who were staring at him, but his patience was fraying thin; he did not like unwanted attention, and that was exactly what he was getting, much to his dislike. He took a deep breath and exhaled before Seraphina tapped him on his shoulder and brought him back to a grounding reality.
She smiled, noticing his distraction. "Ignore them; certain people are not worth getting worked up over."
He nodded and took her advice, while Kiros went up to them and his eyes narrowed. "Did your mama ever teach you it was bad to stare at strangers, or do you simply not have manners at all?"
