" If you'd like, I can head over to his home and chec–" The man tried making amends but Sasha cut him off, her tone still angered.
" Don't even think about doing anything else! You've already done enough! I'm on my way to his house right now, just stay put and wait for your punishment when I'm done..."
" Y..Yo..Young miss. I'm telling the truth, I did nothi–" The man's voice quivered but Sasha cut the call without letting him finish. She then tossed her phone aside and leaned into the limo's seat, her brows furrowed, face filled with worry.
She already knew that the man had nothing to do with this from his words alone, it wasn't hard for her to tell if one was lying due to her upbringing, that show earlier was just for appearance sake.
