"Calm down, Yutina. We of all wouldn't dare lie to you would we?" Timtin stated, receiving no reply as Thelma even seemed to ignore him.
'She won't be easy." He thought to himself, seeing how she had her eyes fixated on Alvin— having her deadly glare up.
"See, we might not have been clear about everything. But we're early because we had met Alice, on the way to where you sent us." For some reason, her gaze shifted to him, though the glare persisted.
"That's impossible, sh—"
"Well it was, she'd come with Anto since these sacks were beyond heavy for her." Thelma's glare began to fade, her eyes going down as it seemed believable for her somehow.
"We couldn't have simply came with them earlier, so we had to use the help of Anto. What's with all the tension, here— jeez."
"If so, where's Alice then?" A smile curled up his face for a second.
"She returned to the base, it—"
"Why would she do that when there's a mission at hand?"
