"Why are you here?"
As soon as Adam Willow stepped into the office and saw Carlos leisurely drinking tea on the sofa, his usually gentle expression immediately turned cold, his eyes filled with wariness.

"I'm here to see Dr. Sterling."
He had arrived early today.
As one of the major investors of Capital Medical College, he was respectfully escorted to this office by the staff as soon as he entered the campus.
