"Yun Xi, if you put it that way, things become really awkward," Tang Rao muttered, not sure what Yun Xi was really thinking, but she just wouldn't agree no matter what, leaving him quite helpless.
"It's you who feels awkward, not me, I feel great," Yun Xi grinned, finding Tang Rao's expression amusing.
"Alright then." Tang Rao shrugged, his mood slightly down.
He didn't know how to pursue Yun Xi anymore, it seemed like nothing worked.
She definitely had a fondness for him, but just wouldn't give in, which was really frustrating.
Yun Xi tilted her head and glanced at Tang Rao, then suddenly leaned forward swiftly, tiptoeing and giving Tang Rao a quick peck on his face before pulling away.
"My way of saying thank you," Yun Xi said with her hands behind her back, her cheeks slightly flushed.
Tang Rao, touching his cheek, looked somewhat flustered.
