Li Xue closed the door and walked over, kicking Fang Yi in the shin.
Fang Yi turned his head and smiled, "Finished with your work?"
Li Xue replied, "Not yet."
Fang Yi let out an "Oh" and said, "But you look tired." He took his legs off the coffee table.
"Mhm," Li Xue nodded like a pecking chicken, her bright eyes gleaming with a kind of hopeful light.
"Oh, tired are you? Go get some water yourself," Fang Yi said casually.
In an instant, Li Xue's expression changed, darkening immediately, her eyes fixed straight on Fang Yi. She pouted in a cute but deadly serious manner as if she had suffered a great injustice.
"Heroine, don't be mad, it was just a joke. I'll go get you some water right now," Fang Yi got up.
"Hehe," Li Xue smiled broadly.
A minute later, Li Xue was lying on the sofa with her feet on the coffee table, just like Fang Yi had been, except her pretty face couldn't hide her fatigue.
