"If you haven't put on a uniform before, this is a tier two combat uniform. It increases your overall strength by 10% and it's very durable to attacks as well, however you should be careful when facing a powerful foe because they can tear it down with a single move or so."
Jonathan eyebrows raised when he heard Evan words on the uniform. So this particular uniform increases his power by 10% and his system multiplies it by 10, meaning he would be having a 100% boost, and that was one times stronger than he ought to be. Which means he was currently two times stronger than before.
