After registering himself as an adventurer, Shido directly went to the Quest Board area where all the quest are posted.
He was standing in front of the Quest Board along with some adventurers looking for some easy quest. With his Auto-translation skill, Shido could immediately understand the language of this world so he was able to read the descriptions about the quests.
Quest: Kill Goblins
Description: Eliminate all the goblins that are destroying the fields of the farmers of Elderhollow Village.
Reward: 200 Silver coins
Quest: Exploring Ruins
Description: There was a new ruins appearing in the border of Re-Estize Kingdom. Explore it and report what you discovered to the Adventurer's Guild.
Reward: 70 Gold coins
Quest: Kill Slimes
Description: Eliminate the slimes inhabiting the the area between Re-Estize Kingdom and E-Rantel. They reproduce at a rapid phase destroying the forest.
Reward: 150 Silver coins.
Shido scan the Quest Board and saw different kinds of quest that varies on difficulties. Some of them may be hard for other adventurers but it wasn't easy for Shido to complete.
Just as Shido was about to grab a Quest to do, he was suddenly stopped by a group of 4 adventurers. A young man with blonde hair and blue eyes wearing a chainmail armor on top of his leather shirt step forward and talk to Shido.
"Hello, my name is Peter Mauk and this is my friends," He introduced himself and his friends politely then continued. "If you'd like, do you want to do quest together?"
Shido remembered this person, Peter Mauk, he was the leader of Sword of Darkness, a small silver rank adventurer group. Though it was small, they are good at cooperation and quite strong at their rank. Each member have a goal of their own but they also have the same objective of finding the Sword of Darkness which were used by the Black Knight.
Shido thought for a while before he nodded. "Alright."
"Yes!" Seeing that Shido accepted their offer, the 4 cheered and welcomed him. Shido saw that their happiness were geniune and thought that they are a really good party. Joining them wasn't really a harm and he could use this opportunity to gather information.
They went to the second floor to introduce themselves to get to know each other better and to discuss the quest they would be doing. Peter introduced himself again followed by Shido introducing himself as 'Acheval Dreissen', the name he used on this world and said some of his background by bullshiting. The four listening to Shido talked not knowing that his background was fake.
After Shido, the other three members also introduced themselves. The blonde hair man wearing a leader armor was called Lukrut Volve, he was a silver ranked ranger. He had a cheerful expression and seemed to be a flirtatious type.
The next was Dyne Woodwonder, he was the druid of the group. Although he had a huge build and thick beard, Dyne was a friendly person. And the last one was Ninya, a magic caster with brown hair and blue eyes. He looked rather childish but he had the best appearance out of the four.
After the short introduction, the five get to known each other well, smiles appeared on their face. Then they continued their discussion about their quest, ogre subjugation. They actually needed more members since ogre were different from other monster.
Its strength is high and if one get hit by it's club then expect that they would be severly injured. Shido was the first person they invited, and although Shido had just registered himself as an adventurer, Peter could feel that Shido was strong. Still, if possible, Peter wanted to get at least one or two more adventurers in this quest.
Although, the money would be divided into more parts, it was better than one of them becoming injured much less dead.
"Then, I will now take the quest to the counter." Peter said and the rest nodded.
However, when they went to the counter, they suddenly heard a commotion. A man clad in black armor and a beautiful woman, wanted to do a quest that was only done by higher rank adventurers but the adventurers guild policy didn't allow a low rank adventurer to take higher rank quest.
"In that case, give us the hardest quest in the copper level."
Fortunately, the man in black armor seemed to compromise and told the female receptionist to get the most difficult quest within copper rank.
"Yes, understood."
The female receptionist nodded politely and went to get the quest but Peter step in.
"If that's the case, would you like to help us with our quest?" Peter said cheerfully, inviting the two in their quest.
"Huh?" The man in black armor seemed to be confused at first before he finally understand what Peter was saying. On the other hand his female companion looked at the group with guard, however, there was hint of disgust in her eyes.
But when her cold gaze passed by Shido, her eyes flickered slightly before returning to normal. Shido raised an eyebrow at this, although it was a small movement, Shido still manage to detect it.

"Then, me introduce ourselves. I am the leader of Sword of Darkness, Peter Mauk." Peter smiled and introduced themselves again.
They were back at the 2nd floor were they discussed the plan earlier. Shido doesn't really mind either, he was staring at the pair with interest. After all, he had met the main protagonist of this world, Momon, also known as Ainz Ool Gown.
Peter continued the introduction and introduce all the members of Sword of Darkness. Just as expected Lukrut tried to tease Nabe, only to be shot down coldly with her gaze.
"And this one is Acheval Dreissen, a swordsman, he was also a newly registered adventurer." Peter then introduced Shido.
"Hoh..." Ainz look at Shido with interest seeing Shido's appearance.
"This is Nabe and I am Momon. Please take care of us." Momon slightly lowered his head making Nabe slightly surprised.
