After speaking with Seberus, Michael left the Magic Tower with a lot running through his mind.
Although the Tower Master's advice had been wise, Michael wasn't planning on seeking help from any organization—at least not yet.
If they offered assistance, he wouldn't necessarily turn it down, but Michael had no intention of approaching them to ask for help. Starting a relationship by asking for help didn't exactly seem like the right foundation for a long-term cooperation.
Take the Dwarven Kingdom, for example. He never approached them seeking their aid. If he had, the Dwarven King would have immediately refused to talk with him, closing off any chance for a future where they could establish a friendship.
Instead, Michael had let things unfold naturally. He let the Dwarven King approach, allowing him to witness the sincerity and promise of the Reborn Nation for himself, which eventually led to the two territories becoming allies.
