Breaking free from that dream which was less of a nightmare and more of a bizarre dream, the Hero took a step forward. Under the effect of the Knowledge Hunter's magic, she passed through the barriers of consciousness and entered the realm of collective dreams.
Upon setting foot in the Dreamlands, what caught her eyes was a piece of wreckage floating in the air. The wreckage's shape was indistinguishable, enveloped in black mist, resembling a dissipating shadow, silently floating on the edge of her consciousness, within reach.
"Is this the Nightmare Sage's… corpse? Memory?"
Both interpretations were not incorrect. She cautiously observed the wreckage, pondering how to interact with this forbidden fragment.
