When Leon first left Watchtower Port for the Star Realm, the Brass Dragon was busy with the Efreeti enslaving Fire Giants on the Lost Plateau, transforming the Lost Plateau as per Leon's request.
Now that Leon has returned from a bloody battle in Aphnas, they are still busy on the Lost Plateau.
After spending several days satisfying everyone... mainly himself, Leon finally found the time to check on the progress of transforming the Volcanic Island from a treasure trove of feng shui into a Cave Heaven Blessed Land. It looked like only a third was completed, and it would take another two years to finish.
