Catherine picked up her water glass and took a couple of sips, then continued, "Next, my team will depart for the front lines. Captain Griss will take charge of matters here."
"Mm?" Captain Griss wondered, "Have we confirmed where the terrorists are from?"
"The Suri Federation," Catherine quickly replied, "A small country with three administrative stars, it was a vassal state of the Empire over three hundred years ago. It stopped paying tribute and switched to the New Federation Camp. The Empire has launched two wars against the Suri Federation, and this terrorist attack is their retaliation."
A team member said, "Isn't the New Federation still behind this?"
"Why don't we just attack the New Federation directly?"
"Those damn Federation folks can't face us head-on, so they prefer underhanded tactics!"
