Shen Jingqi, after touring the house, plopped down on the sofa unceremoniously and took out his phone to speak to Qin Zhen, "Why don't we find a place and rent it together?"
"Sure!" Qin Zhen replied with a smile.
"Are you serious?"
Shen Jingqi straightened up from the sofa in a hurry and quickly opened his phone, "Then I'll start looking for a place right now. I think this neighborhood is pretty good, how about we rent a place nearby? Get a big one, that'd be comfortable to live in. If push comes to shove, we could even buy it."
Qin Zhen gave him a side glance and added slowly, "If you manage to finish in the top ten of our grade this semester, I'll agree to move out with you."
Shen Jingqi's hand, still holding his phone, froze, and he turned to her in disbelief, "Top ten of the grade?"
Qin Zhen, "Do you think the top ten is too low a requirement for you? How about the top three then?"
Shen Jingqi gritted his teeth, "Qin Zhenzhen, you're doing this on purpose, aren't you?"
