Roja could not hold back and said to Lydia, "What's that woman doing here, Lydia?"
Although she did not intend to meet Charlotte, Lydia still stood up reluctantly. "Wait here, Roja. I will be back soon."
She thought it was embarrassing for Roja to see Charlotte, thus she did not allow the security guard to bring her in.
Lydia was bewildered when she saw how Charlotte looked.
She asked, "Haven't you thought about losing some weight, Charlotte? A woman's greatest asset is her beauty."
"Let's face it, Madam Lydia. Everyone turns old someday," Charlotte responded.
In reality, Charlotte did consider losing weight, but her first and foremost priority was exposing Starry's true colors to Janice.
Speechless for a second, Lydia spoke with an apathetic voice, "Are you trying to imply that I'm old, Charlotte?"
"No. I'm just stating facts," Charlotte replied.
To prevent any misunderstanding, Charlotte quickly added, "But you look a lot younger than your age, Madam Lydia!"
