Chapter 283 - Chapter 283: The Rise of Revolution

The location of the Revolutionary Army had always been a well-kept secret, and Shin himself didn't have much knowledge about it.

But that didn't matter. Every stronghold of the Revolutionary Army had a Den Den Mushi, and as long as he contacted them one by one, he would eventually meet their high-ranking members. It was just a matter of time.

Half a Month Later

"Is this the current stronghold of the Revolutionary Army?" Shin asked, surveying the area with mild surprise.

A Revolutionary soldier standing before him shook his head. "Not exactly... The Revolutionary Army originally came here to investigate a rebellion. A large number of rebels appeared in this country, so we came to assess the situation."

"But we later discovered that the rebellion had nothing to do with the king's policies. It was caused by severe natural disasters that made survival nearly impossible. Because of that, we chose not to intervene."

"That makes sense. Even if you overthrew the king, it wouldn't make the drought disappear," Shin said matter-of-factly. "But if that's the case, then why are your forces still stationed here?"

The Revolutionary soldier hesitated before answering, "This was supposed to be classified information, but since you're Shin—the liberator of slaves—I suppose I can share it with you. We found a very important person here."

"Let me guess," Shin sighed. "Nico Robin?"

The soldier's eyes widened. "Mr. Shin, how did you know?"

"It's simple. I met her here before, and I even directed her toward you." Shin smirked.

Hearing this, the soldier looked stunned. Shin continued, "But it seems she didn't mention anything about me. Understandable—she's been betrayed her entire life. There's no way she'd fully trust the Revolutionary Army in such a short time."

Indeed, the country they were currently in was Alabasta. Shin had never expected that after advising Robin to seek out the Revolutionary Army, even their top brass would rush to this kingdom upon hearing of her presence.

The Revolutionary Army's stronghold in Alabasta was underground, hidden in a massive cavern that seemed to have been carved out by giants.

Shin knew the truth—it wasn't just like a giant had built it, it actually was built by a giant.

One of the Revolutionary Army's members, the massive Morley, had used his Push-Push Fruit to construct it. Shin distinctly remembered learning that Morley was responsible for creating the legendary Level 5.5 of Impel Down. The so-called 'Newkama Land' was originally his handiwork before the Okama King Ivankov ever set foot in it.

Entering the cavern, Shin extended his Observation Haki, quickly locating the high-ranking members of the Revolutionary Army inside.

He even sensed a familiar presence.

"Robin, long time no see—well, I guess it's only been two months." Shin stepped into the stronghold and waved casually.

Inside the room stood three figures. Each of them was significant in their own way, whether from Shin's memories or their reputation in history.

The first was a man with a weathered face and a unique tattoo, the leader of the Revolutionary Army, Monkey D. Dragon—son of Garp and father of Luffy.

The second was a blond-haired man with burn scars, exuding the refined demeanor of nobility despite his rugged appearance. He was Sabo, the Revolutionary Army's Chief of Staff, and Luffy and Ace's sworn brother.

And finally, the third was Nico Robin, the infamous 'Devil's Child.'

When Robin saw Shin, she remained calm, simply nodding in acknowledgment. Meanwhile, both Dragon and Sabo looked visibly surprised—they hadn't expected Robin to already know Shin.

"How are you settling in?" Shin asked, glancing at Robin.

She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "It's much better than before. The only downside is that the Revolutionary Army is constantly busy, which makes searching for Poneglyphs difficult."

Understandable. The Revolutionary Army was focused on toppling oppressive regimes, not aimlessly wandering the Grand Line for ancient history like the Straw Hats. Unlike Luffy, who seemed to stumble upon Poneglyphs left and right, the Revolutionary Army didn't have the luxury of prioritizing them.

Shin nodded before turning to Dragon. "So, you're the leader of the Revolutionary Army, Dragon? I've heard a lot about you."

Dragon extended a hand. "Ever since I learned of your actions in Mary Geoise, I've been looking forward to meeting you."

After a brief handshake and some polite formalities, Dragon got straight to the point. "What brings you to the Revolutionary Army, Mr. Shin?"

Shin grinned. "When it comes to discussions with the Revolutionary Army, there's only one topic worth talking about: overthrowing the World Government."

Dragon's pupils narrowed slightly.

"I intend to attack Mary Geoise soon," Shin continued. "After I destroy the World Government, I want the Revolutionary Army and my forces to work together in maintaining global stability."

The room fell silent.

Dragon furrowed his brow. "Surely, you're joking. Even if you're stronger than the Four Emperors, even with the combined forces of the Whitebeard Pirates and the Revolutionary Army, we'd still be at a disadvantage."

"No, no." Shin shook his head, smiling confidently. "You heard me clearly. I'm going to Mary Geoise. Not the Whitebeard Pirates. Not the Revolutionary Army. Just me."

The sheer arrogance in those words made Sabo's eyes widen in disbelief.

"I'm 80% certain I can bring down the World Government," Shin declared.

"The only thing I need is for you and my allies to stabilize the world after I'm done."

Dragon clenched his fists. "You expect me to believe that? You must at least provide some evidence that you alone can stand against the World Government. Otherwise, why would the Revolutionary Army take such a massive gamble on you?"

Shin smirked. "Fine. I'll give you proof."

Without another word, a thick black mist swirled around Shin's hands. A moment later, three unconscious figures dropped onto the floor with heavy thuds.

Though they were motionless, their presence was unmistakable. One had a wretched, slouched posture in a bright yellow suit. Another stood rigid, clad in an intimidating red uniform. The third, exuding a cold aura, had curly hair and a relaxed, almost lazy demeanor.

Even unconscious, these men carried an unmistakable presence.

The Three Admirals of the Marines.

Robin gasped. "Aokiji!?"

Dragon and Sabo's faces darkened. They had prepared for war against the Marines and the World Government for years, and yet here was Shin, casually presenting them with the three most powerful active Marines like they were trophies.

Shin folded his arms. "So, Dragon, does this count as enough proof?"
