"I was banished because of you. The other gods shunned me and stripped me of my powers when I tried to fight back. An act I still deem cowardly. And you are still to blame for that."
Keeping his calm, Alaric allowed the god to speak his mind.
Was it nostalgia? Or perhaps it was the pity he felt for the god? Either way, Alaric couldn't help but sympathize.
"...and it's why I'll always despise you."
"Are you saying I am this god of Trinity?" asked Alaric.
Silence took over for a while.
"Seems she took your memories as well. Such a sadistic woman," said the god of Devouring, before raising his head to focus on something behind Alaric.
Noticing this, Alaric immediately turned to also check what could be behind him.
"Babetoa!" The goddess of creation, Satella, called out as she hugged him tightly in her arms.
"Ohhh, thank goodness you're safe. I thought I lost you~"
Alaric was surprised, but even more so, confused.
'How is she here?' he thought to himself.
