The woman understood Wang Ye's words and grabbed his hand, leading him to the other side of the stone plaza.
The squad followed her all the way.
"Do you think this is a good idea?" Da Gu whispered.
"We lack information," Wang Ye replied simply.
"I feel there are no survivors here. We should make contact with headquarters as quickly as possible, at the very least find a place with network access, and get the combat system online," Mika said.
"Let's find those civilians first, then take them to the evacuation point with us. According to the map, there's an evacuation point 12 kilometers west from here," Wang Ye said.
"We should head to the evacuation point first, meet up with the main force, then figure out a way to rescue them," Mika said.
"No one wants to run back here again, Mika," Wang Ye said.
He looked back at his teammates, then at Mika, who had nothing more to say.
