Kael and Chloe landed on the land away from the large lake that connected to the portal.
They looked behind them and were able to see the current predicament of many aquatic creatures right now.
Most of these aquatic creatures had not yet reached the power level that would allow them to transform into a humanoid form.
All of them rushed through the portal, probably thinking that this was going to be a world of water, but it wasn't.
The lake could only contain so many before things started to get out of hand.
The aquatic lions and some serpents were able to crawl out of the large lake and run off into the distance.
The rest of the aquatic who -without a humanoid form- had no way of traveling on land, had to stay within the confines of the lake.
They could either stay or return to the main world, the portal was still open after all.
All watched as water splashed high into the sky as an innumerable amount of fish trashed around within the lake out of frustration.
