The Lotus had originally been marked by Master Changmei with the Shaqing Immortal Skill, which, apart from the very few elements that fused with the essence of the lotus, crumbled and disintegrated one after another.
As the Shaqing Immortal Skill continued to collapse and dissipate, the petals that grew on the lotus lost their luster. The originally brilliant nine-colored light faded rapidly, and after the light faded, the petals also began to wither and fall.
After a moment, the entire flower bud utterly perished, leaving only a solitary lotus pod behind, above which floated a blood-colored flesh orb the size of a teacup mouth.
Without the encasement of the petals, the flesh orb attempted to break free into the sky.
