The yellow sunlight filled the room as it penetrated through the glass windows. Everything seemed like a cinema. Suddenly the god spoke.
" Make yourself ready " shyam was both confused and excited to face the next challenge but instead, he saw raitha sitting on a chair her eyes closed.
Was she sleeping? Shyam walked closer to her, slowly " raitha? " He wishpered. Suddenly her eyes opened with both shock and a little bit of happiness.
" Shyam? What are you doing here? " She asked quietly.
" Well, you suddenly disappeared from reality and when I looked for you I came across this wierd 14 year old god who let me meet you after facing a few easy challenges "
Shyam said with a playful tone. " I guess I did, sorry. But he said nobody would remember me then, how? " Raitha was a little surprised. When the god brought her here he said no one would remember her.
But shyam did, because he loved her. A love not even the god can rewrite. But it became too much for shyam to hold the feeling in anymore. He could not hide it, not anymore.
" Well, that might be because... I love you " shyam muttered, his face turned bright red and so did raitha's.
She almost fell from her wooden chair, her eyes widened as she looked at shyam with her bright red face.
Hard to tell if it's from excitement happiness or embarrassment. " You too? " She murmured, a few drops of tears fell on the floor as she grabbed shyam by his arms and held him as tight as she possibly could.
" I am sorry, I was selfish. I thought nobody wanted me. I am sorry " she started crying, shyam sat down to comfort her as he said. " No, i should be the one to apologize, it was my fault for never telling you how I felt "
He hugged her back and for a moment they stayed like that, the golden hue of the setting sunset glowed beautifully. " I love you " shyam wishpered. " I love you too " raitha wishpered back.
Raitha looked at shyam's eyes and held his cheeks, she leaned forward and kissed shyam on his lips. It was very unexpected for shyam but he played along, for a few seconds which felt like hours they stayed like that.
Lips on lips, finally she pushed back and said. " Let's go back, to our own little world ! "
" I am afried that's not possible " the god spoke.
" Why not ? " Shyam asked. " Wishing to disappear from the world means you have cut all ties from it. Now, one must take your place here in order for you to go back "
They all went silent for a second, breaking the awkward silence shyam spoke. " Can I talk to you the god ? " Suddenly, he the god appeared once again. Now, both shyam and the god were talking through telekinesis.
It was impossible for raitha to know what they both were talking about.
She stared at them Waiting for them to finish talking.
When suddenly, the god disappeared leaving shyam and raitha behind. " What did you tw— " she wanted to ask about their conversation but suddenly shyam fainted and the god spoke.
