"Let me introduce the ones currently training inside—the Black Armor Unit's Captain, Big Sister Bronya; her deputy officer, Sin; Gym Teacher Wendy, our mentor and top combatant; and Executive Vice-Commander Mei, all meeting S-rank Valkyrie standards! They're all dear friends of Lady Rozaliya! So don't mess with me, or just one word from me, and you'll vanish off this planet in no time!"
[Iconic Moment: Rozaliya Threatening Fans!]
[Warning: Display of Dark Forces!]
"On the surface, they're just trainee idols, but deep down, they're Anti-Entropy's boss ladies!"
"Rozaliya, don't exaggerate like that. Anti-Entropy isn't some unreasonable organization. We all strive to protect the world responsibly; there's no chaos here. Rest assured, dear viewers."
"Big Sister Seele!" × 2
"Good day, Miss Seele!"
Carrying refreshments and snacks, Seele gracefully entered the frame. Her charming face had an inherently gentle demeanor, with every strand of hair seeming to exude warmth.
Behind her followed several identical expressionless silver-haired beauties.
"Oh, is this the legendary Miss Seele? I've heard she's the true darling of Anti-Entropy, a little angel!"
"Apparently, those returning from Headquarters training have a catchphrase—'Seele is heaven!' "
"So, she's the real idol of Anti-Entropy?"
"Am I the only one curious about the girls behind her? They look exactly alike. Could they be... sextuplets?!?"
"+1 for curiosity"
Seeing these comments, Seele chuckled softly, covering her mouth.
"Haha! No, we're not sextuplets—we're clones. During the Second Honkai War, Schicksal's S-rank Valkyrie, Cecilia-sama, made the ultimate sacrifice. Later, they cloned many copies of Cecilia-sama for researching the Schariac holy blood. At that time, Anti-Entropy and Schicksal were still adversaries. After discovering them, Big Bro Zeke rescued all the clones... In short, now they live at our base, and they're all wonderful people!"
[So those are the clones of Cecilia-sama.]
[Insider scoop: it's rumored that Anti-Entropy's anti-Honkai energy inhibitors were actually derived from research on the Schariac holy blood.]
[Schicksal's actions are hard to judge. The clone experiments were undoubtedly cruel, but the findings from studying the Schariac holy blood eventually led to the creation of life-saving anti-Honkai energy inhibitors, which have numerous applications even on the front lines against Honkai.]
[Judging? Do you really think you have the right? They've always been clear: when combating Honkai, no means are off-limits.]
[Over the years, much of Schicksal's dark history has come to light. But let's be honest: without those borderline-insane experiments, humanity might not exist today. We can't really pass judgment because we've all benefited from their brutal cost.]
[Speaking of... why discuss such serious topics during a live stream?]
[Let's leave it at that—it's getting better now. Schicksal has reined itself in quite a bit, likely influenced by some Anti-Entropy ideals. They've even compensated many victims—though when it comes to Archbishop Otto, elusive as he is, few truly have the right to judge him.]
[Just observe for now; it's hard to predict what our future holds!]
[True, even the Valkyries who risked their lives in experiments and battles don't seem to object much to Schicksal's methods. Who are we to criticize them?]
Noticing the somber mood, Seele blinked and turned to address the clones behind her.
"Big Sisters, how about you greet the viewers watching the stream?"
"Why should we? Is there any point? It's not like we need to know ordinary humans outside the base." Cecilia 0415 tilted her head, expressing her confusion.
One of the Cecilias tilted her head expressionlessly and responded matter-of-factly with a robotic, emotionless voice.
"Well, it is Rozaliya and Liliya's stream after all..."
"It doesn't concern us," Cecilia 0103 coldly rejected, internally scoffing at the Vodka Sisters as mere useless children who contribute nothing.
"What?! Dare you say that about Lady Rozaliya again!"
"It doesn't concern us." Cecilia 0103 repeated, her response unyielding and heartless, while inwardly dismissing the Vodka Sisters as insignificant... "Do, Cecilia 0414 echoed 0103's words, puzzled herself, having never encountered such a strange request before."
"Liliya, let's show this one our Vodka Sisters' meticulously honed swordsmanship!"
"You'd best not try. The Cecilia network contains ample combat knowledge; for a one-on-one battle, please bring at least an elite A-rank Valkyrie or a fully armed Titan." Cecilia 0415 seemingly offered a kindly warning on the surface, but inside, she couldn't help but find amusement, thinking dismissively, Just the Vodka Sisters, really.
"Pfft!"
Unable to hold it in any longer, Seele burst out laughing.
"All right, all right, no fighting now."
"They're just so infuriating!"
"Cecilia 0415 believes we were merely stating facts," Cecilia responded obediently while taking a step back to avoid putting Miss Seele on the spot.
"Boom!!"
Suddenly, an explosion and scorching gust roared from the end of the corridor.
"Ahhh! Cecilia-sisters, save me!"
A white-haired ball of fluff—though her body had grown somewhat larger—frantically sprinted over and took shelter behind one of the Cecilia clones.
Over a dozen worker bees, clearly charged with laser energy, flew up to the group but hovered midair without attacking.
Kiana cautiously peeked around the corner.
"Whoosh!"
A strand of silver hair gently drifted through the air; if Kiana hadn't ducked fast enough, what followed would undoubtedly have been a horrifying tragedy.
Everyone present was left speechless, staring at Kiana as she trembled behind the Cecilia clone.
"You upset Zeke again?"
Rozaliya poked Kiana's slightly dirty cheek, blinking curiously.
"...I guess so?"
"Come out and apologize nicely; it'll be fine," Rozaliya advised confidently, as if drawing from her extensive experience.
Kiana responded tearlessly, "I want to! But Zeke cut off communications, so he won't even listen!"
"Well, there's nothing we can do then. Keep hiding for now. Once Zeke cools down, everything will be alright."
"Warning! Warning! Cecilia 0103, you're standing near a special hazard. Please swiftly clear the path of the worker bees' firing trajectory." Icarus's gentle electronic voice echoed around them.
"I'm not a special hazard!"
Zwoosh!
Kiana peeked out once more but quickly ducked back under another laser, leaving behind yet a strand of silver hair floating in mid-air.
"Cecilia 0103 attempted to move aside, but Kiana held on too tightly, preventing any movement. Thus, Cecilia 0103 had no choice but to suggest that boss lady Icarus find an alternative attack route."
The Cecilia clones referred to the artificial intelligence Icarus as their "boss lady." When asked why, they explained that Icarus was responsible for transmitting common knowledge and managing daily routines, making it only fitting to acknowledge her leadership.
"Cecilia 0103, you're so heartless!"
"My apologies, clones lack emotions," Cecilia 0103 replied coldly. "Truthfully, I merely wish to avoid interfering with Sir Zeke's instructions. After all, Kiana won't die anyway."
"Analysis complete; switching to attack mode," announced Icarus.
Simultaneously, the worker bees' tiny laser cannons retracted, and numerous small blades emerged densely from their spherical surfaces, spinning rapidly.
Surrounded by a blur of sharp blades, the worker bees slowly encircled Kiana.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry! Zeke, I was wrong! You're magnanimous—please spare me!" she pleaded desperately.
The approaching worker bees abruptly halted.
"Go to your room and do exercises. I'll check on you in three hours," came Zeke's indifferent voice. At the same time, the surrounding worker bees gradually retreated.
Kiana collapsed onto the floor, her hair disheveled and face smudged, looking relieved as if narrowly escaping death.
Smiling warmly, Seele handed her a glass of juice.
Kiana tilted her head back and gulped it down before belatedly turning to ask:
"What did Zeke just say?"
"He told you to go to your room, work on exercises, and he'll check in after three hours."
"No!!!" Kiana wailed dramatically, frozen in shock.
Meanwhile, the door to the custom training room opened wide, allowing everyone else except Kiana to enter.
"Hmph-hmph! Allow me to showcase Anti-Entropy's state-of-the-art customized training facilities—and introduce you to our elite combat members while we're at it. Don't blink now..."
Rozaliya's lively voice gradually faded away.
Kiana stood up in the empty corridor and trudged wearily toward her room.
Thirteen sets of exam papers, college-level difficulty, three hours—she had a premonition that she was about to face another round of relentless pursuit.
