Suddenly Tony thought of something and decided it's the right timing," Wait.. before you decide your price, I want to make another trade."
Nova raised his eyebrows and motioned Tony to continue.
Tony Stark leaned back on his chair and said," Back in the terrorists base, I saw your friends getting injured and healing very quickly. So it means that you not just have one time healing potion but also have a potion or serum granting permanent healing/regeneration abilities along with other effects."
Nova slowly smirked," So the fish finally took the bait huh?"
Tony scoffed, crossing his arms. "Please. If anything, I just reeled you in. I'm not the one sitting on a throne of secrets looking smug and mysterious."
Nova chuckled. "Fair enough. But you're still nibbling at the edge of something bigger."
Tony pointed a finger. "And that's exactly why we're having this little chat. I saw what those three people did back in that cave—injuries healing like magic. Not just first-aid level patching, we're talking cellular-level regeneration."
Nova leaned back with an amused hum. "So you noticed."
"I always notice," Tony replied smoothly. "So let's cut to the chase. I want the permanent version of whatever they had. Serum, potion, alien juice, wish granted ability—whatever. The kind that makes healing a passive feature, not a one-time miracle."
Nova tapped his fingers together. "You're asking for more than healing. That serum upgrades everything—strength, speed, reflexes, stamina, even brain activity. You'd become… more."
Tony raised an eyebrow. "Good. I like more."
Pepper gave him a side glance. "You don't even know the side effects yet."
Nova smiled in her direction," There are no side effects afterall Harry Osborn himself injected it."
Tony tilted his head, eyes narrowing with interest. "Harry Osborn? Osborn Huh… didn't peg him as the human guinea pig type. Either he's dumber than he looks, or that stuff really is as good as you're selling it."
He leaned forward, fingers drumming on the table. "So, let's make magic happen. You give the files on my mystery puppet master and this permanent healing granting potion or serum or whatever. Oh and yeah, I want two serums, one for me and other for Pepper. In return, I give you… well, something worth your while. Name your price, genie boy."
Hearing that Tony ordered a serum for hearing, she felt something in her heart but outwardly she looked at Tony," Tony this...".
Tony just looked at her and gave a smile. Not his usual arrogant smile but a genuine loving smile.
Nova adopted a thinking pose, after rubbing his chin he said," Very well, for all the files of this puppet master I want all his shares. Whether they are of Stark Industries or any other. I want them all."
Hearing this, Tony nodded," It can work. Yeah it will work. You can take all his shares, no problem to me. Then what's the price of two healing granting serums?"
Nova immediately replied," The serum is named B-10 and price for one serum is that I want a supercomputer, created by you. It needs to be the best supercomputer ever created on earth."
Tony let out a low whistle. "Wow. That's a steep price. But I get it—you want something custom, something powerful. Not just a machine, but a real edge."
Nova nodded. "Exactly. This isn't for games or experiments. I need something with enough computing power to process and secure highly sensitive information. Something that can't be hacked, not even by you."
Tony smirked. "Now that's a challenge. You'll get it. I've been working on a prototype that runs on a quantum-based AI framework. Self-adaptive, secure, no external access points. Sounds like what you're looking for."
Nova crossed his arms and looked satisfied. "That'll do."
Pepper, still watching, leaned in slightly. "What are you planning to do with it?"
Nova gave her a straight answer. "Protect something important. That's all I can say."
Tony glanced at her, then back at Nova. "Alright. So, to sum it up—two B-10 serums, one supercomputer, and the puppet master's shares. That's the trade."
Nova shook his head," I previously said that supercomputer is the price of a single B-10 serum. Price of second serum will be equally cost as much."
Tony just tilted his head and waved Nova to continue.
Nova paused for sometime. What should he take? He is pretty sure that Tony won't neither part with arc reactor nor his suits. So what should he ask?
After much thinking, he said," I want an island. A small island. Weather conditions doesn't matter. Location should be far away from nearby island and mainland."
Hearing that, Tony blinked in surprise. "An island? You want an island?"
Pepper looked equally caught off guard. "That's… unexpected."
Nova smiled lazily. "You'd be surprised how much peace a little distance from the world can offer. I need a place where no satellites look, no visitors stumble upon, and no governments hover. Just me, and what I choose to protect."
Tony leaned back, crossing his arms thoughtfully. "You're planning something big. Either that, or you've got a hell of a taste in retirement homes."
Pepper tilted her head, calculating. "Actually… there is a place that fits."
Tony turned to her. "You serious?"
She nodded. "It's not on any current trade route, no heavy traffic, far from air or naval surveillance zones. Stark Industries bought it years ago for offshore testing—never used it. Has a stable landmass, access to geothermal energy, and minimal seismic activity."
Tony's brows rose. "Why didn't I know about this?"
"You were busy with those parties of your at that time," Pepper replied dryly.
Tony totally ignored her and said," Well then what are you waiting for? Show him some information and pictures of the island."
Pepper tapped her tablet, pulling up the specs. "It's officially named Site E-17, but you can call it whatever you want. We can transfer full ownership under a private shell company, off the books. No digital paper trail."
Nova gave a small, satisfied nod. "That will suffice."
Tony glanced between them, then offered his hand again. "Two serums. One island. One supercomputer. All puppet master shares. Deal?"
Nova clasped his hand. "Deal."
Pepper sighed, amused. "You realize you just bought a man an island and two immortality shots, right?"
Tony smirked. "And I'm getting my life back, plus a few upgrades. Seems like a fair trade."

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement:
1. Consideration for B-10 Serums
A. Tony Stark agrees to provide the following to Nova:
Two (2) B-10 Serums: These serums are designed to grant permanent healing, regeneration, and enhancement of various biological functions (including but not limited to cellular regeneration, strength, speed, reflexes, stamina, and cognitive functions). These will be delivered to Nova and Pepper Potts within 48 hours of this agreement being signed.
B. Nova agrees to provide the following in exchange for the two B-10 serums:
Supercomputer: Nova requests that Tony Stark design and provide a supercomputer capable of performing complex, secure, and highly sensitive data processing and encryption, with the following specifications:
Quantum-based AI Framework.
Self-adaptive with no external access points.
Unbreakable security against potential hacking, including access restrictions that make it impervious to third-party decryption.
Island Ownership: Nova requests the transfer of ownership of an island, located in a secluded area, with the following specifications:
Site E-17: This island is currently owned by Stark Industries, having been purchased for offshore testing but unused.
Geographical Isolation: Located far from any nearby islands or mainland, with no major satellite coverage or air/naval traffic. Access to geothermal energy and stable landmass with minimal seismic activity.
Transfer of Ownership: The island will be transferred through a private shell company, ensuring that no digital or physical paper trail remains, and complete discretion is maintained.
Puppet Master Shares: Nova requests that all shares belonging to the "puppet master" (individual or entity associated with Tony Stark and any of his operations, including Stark Industries) be transferred to him, regardless of the type of shares (e.g., voting rights, dividends, etc.).

2. Confidentiality Agreement
A. Both parties agree that all details discussed in relation to this agreement, including but not limited to the serums, supercomputer, and island, shall be kept strictly confidential. No information may be shared with external parties, governments, or organizations without prior mutual consent.
B. Any modifications to the terms of this contract must be agreed upon by both parties in writing before being executed.

3. Performance and Delivery
A. Delivery of B-10 Serums: Nova agrees to deliver two B-10 serums within 48 hours of signing this contract. The serums will be delivered directly to Tony Stark and Pepper Potts, with no delays or alterations to the agreed specifications.
B. Supercomputer Delivery: Tony Stark agrees to begin construction of the supercomputer immediately, with the agreed specifications, and will provide it to Nova within a timeframe of no more than six (6) months from the signing of this contract.
C. Island Transfer: Pepper Potts will ensure the transfer of ownership of Site E-17 to Nova through the creation of a private shell company, with no digital trail, within thirty (30) days from the signing of this contract.
D. Puppet Master Shares Transfer: Tony Stark agrees to transfer all shares held by the "puppet master" in Stark Industries, or any other company or entity controlled by Tony Stark, to Nova. This transfer will occur immediately upon the signing of this agreement.
