While the Regalons entered the Chaotic Dimension of Warring Phantoms, an event was about to occur in the third layer that was going to affect the House of Regalons directly.
The third layer was entirely different from the second layer and the first layer. Its structure was wholly absurd in a sense.
In there, the 3000 cosmos bubbles were connected to each other physically, forming a ring.
But in the middle, where the majority of the third layer's space had formed with Grimworld Tree's powers, there was the center of everything—Abyssal Grim Tower, the focus of progress and power in the third layer.
At the top of the tower were the seven thrones while the five mystics roamed randomly according to the whims of their powers, birthed from the Grimworld Tree's roots to aid in this whole big project of the Grimworld Tree.
People born here or people who ascended here as the apex Supreme Emperor had two options.
