Despite the Mo Family and Xuanyuan Sword Sect exerting pressure from above, often not allowing forces within their jurisdiction to engage in wars that would expend Spiritual Mechanism Power, this didn't mean that the Heavenly Fire Sect was willing to see someone rise by development and affect their status in the Flame River Dao.
For the Heavenly Fire Sect, the Dragon Sword Sect and Wind and Rain Tower were somewhat tolerable, as it would take them at least a few hundred years to foster a Heavenly Dao. Plus, with they occasionally causing trouble for the two major powers and depleting their accumulated Spiritual Mechanism Power, even in a thousand years, they might not be able to successfully foster a Heavenly Dao.
