"Aside from the low strike rate, the cold water also means less energy expenditure for the fish, which significantly reduces their feeding capacity, especially when they're less active. This makes 'Loose Powder' not as effective as it is in the summer when the water is warmer!"
So, after test fishing a few rods, I didn't follow the others who used 'Lead Skin' with their nests.
It turned out that at this time, having a nest or not didn't make any difference at all!
If the fishing is bad today, what if it's just passable? How should we fish then?
My personal opinion is to opt for one of two extremes! The first is to slightly refine the line set up, fine-tune the bait condition to have lesser density, and then use the kind that's easy for the fish to swallow, enabling the timid fish to ingest the bait and get a proper bite!
