Half an hour later, in a storage room beneath the Wildfire Tavern.
"Your Excellency, this is where we temporarily store monster corpses."
Paul said as he approached a row of cabinets.
As he reached out and opened one of the cabinets, a cold draft spilled out.
He carefully placed the three giant rat corpses inside, one by one. The scene looked quite eerie, almost as though one had stepped into a morgue, with the refrigerated cabinets adding to the morbid atmosphere.
"Your Excellencies... there's something I've been curious about for a long time, and I was wondering if I might ask..."
