Realistic Class Isekai

A possibly poor attempt at making a novel for the first time. In general, I'm trying to be realistic, a couple characters are based off of a couple of my friends. As the story goes on, characters can get traumatized, scarred for life, or losing limbs. Some may go insane just by wanting to go home, praying it's all a dream.
