As Medusa's private jet touched down gracefully on the tarmac of Oslo International Airport, she let out a silent sigh of relief. She did all this hassle just to avoid Hermes because Amphitrite will come to see her using Hermes's services from San Francisco to Oslo.
Unlike the brash and undisciplined Dionysus, the cunning Hermes was a far more dangerous adversary to evade. Hermes, with his penchant for bribery and his volatile nature, was all too willing to reveal Medusa's location to the highest bidder, even if that bidder happened to be Poseidon himself, Medusa's most relentless pursuer.
The memory of her last narrow escape from Poseidon's chase still sent a chill down Medusa's spine, all of that because Hermes gave away her location to Poseidon. Ever since that time, she never showed her location to anyone but Dionysus.
