Bingzhou is located in the far west of Shenzhou to the north, bordering Youzhou and Liangzhou to the north, and adjacent to Yongzhou to the east. The entire province is divided into four regions: Zhaoyuan, Yang Mei, Xue Kong, and Xi Yun, governing a total of eleven prefectures and seventy-three counties.
In terms of geographical size, Bingzhou is certainly among the leading provinces in the thirteen provinces of the realm, but if we talk about fame, power, or even the level of prosperity, then Bingzhou is somewhat lacking.
