The shareholders will continue to have internal conflicts, and will continue to be tight-fisted when it comes to renewals and bringing in new talent.
It's quite normal for team owners to be tight-fisted; not everyone sees money as dirt, not everyone has to have such a passion for basketball, not everyone is willing to sacrifice everything for the championship.
Roger wouldn't say that a stingy owner is a bad person; you can't prevent him from doing business just because he doesn't love basketball that much.
But to be fair, stingy owners definitely don't deserve to have the greatest players.
