Eddie: Damn that's a lot to take in
Chris: Yeah well I told you it was a long story
Mike: Did you get a chance to mention Judas to Michael
Chris: Yeah, He said to approache him with caution, because it's unclear of his true intentions but, if he is willing to trun himself in, he would have a fare trial, and could have a lighter sentence
Chris: But, after everything that's been going on I could care less about what happens to him
Eddie: Damn, that's a little harsh
Chris: I think it's well deserved
The way I see it, he could have prevented all of this
He had his chance
Isaac: Wait, How the hell was Eric able to take your powers
Chris: Jake you want to take this one
Jake: Yeah, so back when we were in heaven God taught us a few abilities while we were training for the Cronus mission.
One was portal making
Another was the Creator's curse technique
And the last, was how to share our abilities with one another
What you do to share your abilities is you take each other's forearm, making sure you're covering each other's roman number
Than the powers can be transferred like that
Whoever's arm is over the other the powers get transferred to them.
Chris: Yep and I gotta tell you, it hurts like hell but it comes in handy
Your abilities kind of have a scent to them that anyone with powers can sense
So that's how we were able to find you at the fair but also how the Shadow demons were able to as well.
Isaac: Shadow demons?
Chris: Yes the name of the creatures you saw today, are called shadow demon's.
Chris: Sam can you do the whole, hologram thing again.
Sam: Yeah sure
Sam projected the Creatures while Chris explained the characteristics of each one
Chris: You need to know that you can not kill any of these things with out any spiritual energy so if you're too tired to use any or in my case you get your powers taken it's best to run and hide because nothing else will kill these things.
These are called Thorns they have three transformations that we call stages, but the other levels can be avoided if you do things right the first time
This is a stage one, they might be one of they easiest things to kill but don't get cocky you can do any attack you want and it will slow them down but you need to make sure you disintegrate every single fragment of this creatures remains because if you don't then comes stage two
The fragment you left untouched from the stage one will grow and mutate into a stage two
It can now rapidly regenerate and it's movements are faster and more unpredictable, the only way to kill it is to take out it's head and heart
I can not stress this enough please be one hundred percent sure that you took out both of these
Because if you don't it will still be alive and it will go into self destruct mode and start searching for water
This might seem harmless but I assure you that, that thing reaching water is the last thing you want it to do
If you forget, and manage to let it escape, chase it down and take out the remaining organ
If you don't and it gets the chance to reach water then stage three the strongest and the most powerful shadow demon of them all, will be created
And there is almost no stopping this thing
Like the stage two you kill it the same way by taking out it's heart and brain, but with a stage three you need to take them out at the same time
Which is nearly impossible with out at least two people
All three have different body forms, and different levels of power but they all have the same main ability which is shooting toxic shards of wood out of there hands
If one of these shards of wood was to puncture your skin it will release a toxic poison into your blood stream and put you in a comatose like state
You won't be able to wake up until the poison where's off
Which varies depending on which stage shot you
Stage One 30mins to an hour
Stage Two 2 to 3hrs
Last but not least stage Three 5 to 8hrs
Isaac: Damn
Chris: Yeah so avoid gettin stuck
These are called screechers they can fly, have claws that can cut through anything, no eyes but a heightened sense of hearing
Oh and as you saw at the fair they can also teleport too
It's main ability is somthing we like to call: The Lullaby
After your put in the coma like state by the Thorns or even if you're just sleeping these demons can whisper what ever command they want into your ear and you will have no choice but to do what it says unless someone can break you out of the hypnosis
You can kill it using concentrated light on it, and of course lighting it on fire would work as well
And last but not least hell hounds
Wolf like creatures but on fire
What ever body part this thing bites will be paralyzed and it will stay that way until you kill the one that bit you
To kill it you will first need to extinguish the flame surrounding the beast.
The easiest way to do that is with liquid, obviously nothing flammable
You can also extinguish the flame by knocking it unconscious
Then take out it's head
And that's all the Shadow demons
Eddie: Ok so what's the plan how do we stop Lucifer and his undead army
Mike: Yeah, with him being that powerful How do we do that with out the dagger
I mean, you said it your self the daggers gone, with out it how do we take him down.
Jake: We're not too sure yet
Chris: I think I might have an Idea
Jake: What?
Chris: The Expansion
Jake: THE MENTAL EXPANSION
ARE YOU CRAZY
YOU ARE IN NO CONDITION TO GO IN THERE AND YOU KNOW THERE'S NO WAY TO PULL YOU OUT!
Chris: Actually I wasn't thinking about me going in
Chris looked at us
Jake: THEM, ABSOLUTELY NOT
Jake walked off
Chris followed him
Chris: Come on Jake we're running out of options here
Jake: CHRIS, THERE JUST KIDS
Chris: I know but, you wasn't there when they had my back
They could have ran off and left me for dead but they didn't, they chose to stay and help
Jake these kids have potential
I believe in them
I think they can do it
Besides it's the fastest way for them to unlock there true power.
Jake: YES, BUT WE CAN'T HELP THEM IN THEIR, IF THEY NEED US WE CAN'T SAVE THEM
Chris: I know but with out that dagger this might be our only shot in taking down Lucifer.
Jake: I SAY NO, but
I guess we can let them make there own decision.
Chris: Right
Chris: Ok well, we didn't want it to come to this but it's up to you guys if you want to go into the Mental expansion
Jake: Yes, you've heard our experiences with it so you understand that once you go in it's up to you and you alone to kill your demon
Once you go in we can't take you out
you can either go in and have a 50 50 chance of coming back
Or you stay here and We'll find another solution
Chris: But realistically how much time we have on finding that solution is based on Lucifer's patience
If he starts to feel like he's wasting his breath on trying to make a deal with us
he might kill your families way sooner than we're able to prevent it from happening.
Both of these choices are equally risky
But just know what ever decision you make, you will have your friends to help and motivate you all the way
We looked at each other, we smiled and nodded
Eddie: I guess where going in
Jake: Are you sure
Eddie: Not at all, but we're gonna do it anyway
Chris: Ok it's settled then
Chris: Now don't worry before you guys go In where gonna teach you as much as we can for the next Three days
Where short on time so where gonna have to push you past your limits but we'll take it one day at a time
Chris: Get some sleep, we train at sun rise.
Jake: Up almost forgot I need to Lock up your powers
Eddie: Lock our powers?
Chris: Oh yeah Right,
Isaac: But why?
Jake: Well, You see you guys haven't properly experienced your powers yet therefore controlling it isn't a part of your skill set yet
Chris: which means your powers can still be activated in your sleep with out you even knowing
J: Ohhh
Jake: Yeah so containment is necessary
Michael: Understandable
Jake Went to each of us and activated the containment
He put his hand over our numbers then spoke
Jake: Containment
A chained X appeared over our tattoos
Isaac's panther
J's Lion
Michael's Dragon
But For some reason My x was incomplete having only one chain over my yin yang wolf tattoo
Isaac: Ok You gotta teach me that
Jake: Sorry only angels can have this ability
Eddie: Sounds about right
Chris: Alright now get some rest
