As a result, Tijuana, along with the extended Sonora State, is where Mexico's Marine Fourth Army is stationed.
The military department is located here.
Plus, there are 2 National Guard divisions, and if you include the militia, that's a full 120,000 armed troops.
But the pressure still feels enormous.
