As his power grew stronger, Rocky found himself increasingly unwilling to live a life of mere subsistence; he wanted to make something of himself. Perhaps this was ambition.
A few years ago, when he was still an unknown small City Lord, just managing to eke out a living in the skies was his greatest wish. It was perfectly understandable, as survival was his limit at the time, and any larger goals were mere fantasies. But now it was different. For Rocky, surviving or even living well was no longer a challenge. At this point, he needed to adjust his mindset, for only in this way could he continue to move forward.
Thus, when the Allied Forces launched their attack on the ground, he wasn't idle either. On one hand, he endeavored to enhance both his hard and soft powers as much as possible, and on the other hand, he undertook strategic planning, for he was equally interested in the land!
In the end, he made a decision; he would launch an offensive on the ground!
