Peng Xiaoyong really thought this fat guy was the brother of the delinquent girl from before, so he said, "She hit me first."

"If you won't let me leave, I'll call the police!"
"Go ahead, make the call and see what happens," the fat guy sneered, looking at Peng Xiaoyong out of the corner of his eye.
