[Cadmus, July 4th, Independence Day, Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl POV]
Donna was still relatively new to man's world. She had been her older sister Diana's sidekick for two years now. The only Justice League sidekick that had been a hero for a shorter time was Supergirl. So she hadn't exactly known what to expect when she and her new companions had decided to raid Cadmus's underground facility. Still saving a few firefighters with some light investigation was what she thought would happen. Instead she had fought through a horde of grey monsters or "Genomorphs" as well as the fellow warrior Guardian. Then she had become even more surprised when three warriors barring the sigil of her friend Kara were found. Of course she had faced them bravely when they attacked and her companions seemed to have the upper hand. That is until the last one showed up.Â
The fourth of the clone warriors was by far stronger than the other two. At first he had attacked Kara and the two seemed to be well matched. That notion soon changed as I witnessed him catch one of her blows with ease and toss her to the ground. I used my all my strength to no avail. He was almost invisible but I had brought my blade with me which was able to scratch him. I thought if I combined its use with my lasso I might be able to defeat him. However he simply used force to knock the blade from my hands while dodging my lasso. I thought I would lose then when Kara got back up. But even with her help I was no match for him.Â
Later when I had awakened in the clutches of Cadmus and my head was still throbbing with pain we met again. His demeanor seemed entirely different instead of a cold calculated warrior he was now moving with the theatrics of a performer. But even then his acts greatly disturbed me. Still we began to make our way out after he freed us and knocked out the scientists and beasts who were in the room.Â
When they left us to meet at the surface I thought we would make our way with ease. Alas I was troubled to find that rather than a clear path or more beasts we faced new warriors. These five warriors were some of the most formidable I have ever faced. They didn't speak but it was clear that they too were clone warriors.Â
We had fought through wave after wave of these opponents and finally reached the surface when a large grey monster with enough strength and speed to take on Supergirl came. Along side him was another ambush and clone warriors. One variant couldn't manipulate the air a trial I seemed to be able to withstand. Another variant couldn't manipulate do the same with electricity but with Kid Flash's speed he was able to doge and attack effectively. Another who controlled water was a match for Aqualad who had realized that his magical electric abilities would give him the upper hand against the water elemental. Robin however seemed to have no trouble defeating the animal shifters. The true challenge was the men who could grow to far larger sizes.Â
However we had not one but two new allies. Although the third and fourth of these brothers had gone a separate way the two who remained were still fierce warriors. One displayed more abilities akin to that of Superman whereas the other had a beastly ferocity that made him the better warrior. Still even with their help we were eventually cornered by the these enemies we fought against but when all hope was lost things only got worse. The Blockbuster creature had nearly defeated us all but Robin had finally came up with a plan.Â
Each of us stood in front of support pillar of the ceiling. We each began to bait the clones to attack us and take each puller down. The plan seemed successful as pillar after pillar came down. However as we continued to fight we became overwhelmed and couldn't finish our plan. In the end we were once again surrounded back to back. I was prepared to die there with my comrades and I believed the moment had come when the beast known as Blockbuster rears up to crush us. But before he could a blast of blazing red light engulfed him.Â
From the depths he emerged the strange clone warrior. A creation of Cadmus that bears the name of the home to the gods. Project Olympus also known as hybrid and just like the gods although he had a fickle temperament his strength was unquestionable.Â

[Cadmus, 3rd person POV]Â
"Hey guys what did I miss?" Hybrid says searching his surroundings he sees the hordes of clone ultimen.Â
"Oh." He says then he simply sets Roy down off to the side. As he does Match flys up through the hole behind him evidence in hand. Meanwhile the ultimen army that stopped on his arrival begins to move again. The team too distracted by Hybrid's entrance and then the ultimen don't take the time to notice Speedy in the pod.Â
Hybrid seeing the current situation quickly decided on a solution. He would simply try something new. Quickly clapping his hands together he forged a strong psychic barrier around the group before waving his hands out. With this simple gesture a shock wave of telekinetic force is sent blasting outwards. The wave completely destroyed the room around them knocking all of the ultimen unconscious and bringing the roof down atop them all. But before it could crush them all it was sent flying by another wave of force.Â
After that was done Hybrid clapped his hands together and dusted off his shoulders. As he slowly deceased to the ground he turned to look at the group. All of their faces were shocked. The being before them had just taken out a group of fighters that all of them together struggled with. Hybrid looked back at them before starting to smile and then laugh while pointing.Â
"HAHAHAHA ah the look on your faces HA!" 𤣠Still pointing Hybrid doubled over with laughter.Â
"Hey this isn't!" Kid Flash started to speak before suddenly stopping. He looked up at sky behind him prompting the others to do so as well. Supergirl, Wonder girl, Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad, Superboys 1 and 2, and even Match all looked up in awe. Seeing this Hybrid stopped laughing and turned around. In that moment he saw something that would stay with him for the rest of his days.Â
Descending from the sky's in a truly majestic display illuminated by the moon. The Justice League surrounded the group of young heroes on all sides.

"Woah" Hybrid said breathlessly as he too now stared in awe at the assembled heroes. He turned around fully now standing with the sidekicks. It was the most impressive thing he had ever seen in the entirety of his short life. But more than that he was filled with hope, hope that this time he just might make it farther than last time.Â
He might just live a life he could truly consider fulfilling. In his last life he had done things that most would consider a full life. Traveled to plenty of places, had an amazing career, a nice home, was healthy, had a wife, kids, dogs, white picket fence, wealth, all anyone could ask for and only at the young age of 25. Many considered him a good and successful man but in reality there was one thing that always haunted him. No matter what he did or where he went he always felt unfulfilled. He had always done everything the right way always using discipline and moderation. Although many would think this worked out for him but in truth he was always unsatisfied. So as he got older he began to chase something. He searched for something to fill the void. Determined to find it he started at the beginning searching into his past for the sake of his future. But that past was darker than he knew and he plunged into that darkness truly unprepared. Still he journeyed to the unknown depths of his personal history. All that was cut short as soon as he finally found all the answers he sought. All because he died at the young age of 25.Â
'Fuck you Truck Kun' Hybrid thought bro himself seeing the League members touch the ground. He walked over to them and the others started to follow him. They formed up behind him in a show of silent solidarity. The two groups faced off against each other. No words had yet been exchanged but the older hero's could see the resolve in the you get one's eyes.
