The trembling body of the Crawler Monster froze for a moment, and it raised its head to look at Yan Junze floating mid-air.
Ever since the moment it was captured by Yan Junze in Jianye Building, the Crawler Monster had always yearned for freedom. However, later, because it was nourished by the nodes in the Atlas, it tasted the sweetness of it, making it reluctant to leave Yan Junze's side.
But deep in its subconsciousness, the Crawler Monster's obsession had always been to escape Jianye Building, to no longer be under anyone's control after that moment, and to attain true freedom.
So all along, it had merely been forcibly subdued by Yan Junze. Its obsession, in truth, had never been fulfilled.
